What thing should people know about where you were born? Parrish Street in Downtown Durham was considered to be Black Wall Street and was the hub of African-American businesses and financial services during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
What do you do for fun? Spending time doing the things I love to do.
Which food will you not consider eating? Lima beans. Yuck!
Favorite color? Pink.
Advice for LGBTQIA+ teens? Learn to be comfortable and be confident in saying NO. Your body is your responsibility, therefore taking care of your body is the first and most important responsibility you will have for the rest of its life.
When was your first kiss? Age 6.
Who is the fiercest performer out now? Moses Sumney. But a local Queer performer who I love is SUNNY.
Who is your favorite artist? Beyoncé?
What’s something that will always be in fashion, no matter how much time passes? Blazer paired with a graphic T-Shirt and Jeans.
What is love? Communication, honesty. Love is simple and therefore should never be looked at as a hardship. Being with someone or people who never want to change who you are but rather who make you a better version of yourself.
