Who makes you laugh? Me
When no one is looking I______? NAP and plot world domination while burning candles.
Conspiracy theory you buy into? Weird how everyone got the Omicron variant at the same time, whether vaxed or non-vaxed, after not getting it for 2 years.
What is your favorite time of the day? The golden time.. word to Frankie Beverly. But no, the night time is the right time. I've been a night owl since I was a kid.
Where do you find peace? My relationship with God brings me peace. Isolation. Meditation. Minding my business. And candles.
Advice for beginner performers? Practice your craft. Study the greats. Don't be okay with giving the bare minimum. Get your business in order and focus on building relationships and learning your audience.
What is your favorite book? Hmmm.. Can I take it back to my childhood? A Light In The Attic.
What is the most Southern thing about you? Well, I'm originally from Cleveland, OH, born and raised. I've been in NC for almost 20 years. Most southern thing? I now call pop soda. I still hate y’all’s bbq though.
Dogs or cats? Dogs. I don't trust cats' motives or intentions. You think they love you but they really wanna slap you and kick you out of your house. Yeah, dogs are loyal and adorable and protective - like me.
What’s love? Caring. Protecting. Giving. Trusting. Forgiving. Action. Loyalty. Vulnerability. Kindness. Honesty. Thoughtfulness. Wanting the best for someone regardless of their place in your life. Prayer. Patience. Basically what the Bible says about Love. Mhhm. Alladat. And giving them candles.
